Payment Terms and Conditions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and [Bamiedu Co., Ltd.] in relation to the payment system required for participating in the K-POP AI audition and camp.
Article 2 (Application of Terms)
These terms apply to "members" who agree to use the paid services provided on the site. Members must consent separately to these terms in order to access paid services.
Article 3 (Definitions)
- Company: Refers to [Bamiedu Co., Ltd.], the provider of payment services for the K-POP STAR AI AUDITION & CAMP project.
- User: Refers to individuals or organizations participating in auditions or camps through the payment system in accordance with these terms.
- Payment System: Refers to the electronic payment methods provided by the company for audition and camp participation fees.
- Electronic Payment Methods: Include credit cards, bank transfers, electronic currency, and other payment methods designated by the company.
- Content: Refers to all digital materials provided through the K-POP platform.
- Video Content: Includes all forms of video materials available for viewing, such as online AI auditions, audition videos, and lecture videos.
- Audio Content: Refers to audio materials such as K-POP music, soundtracks, and MR files provided by the platform.
- Educational Materials: Include documents and multimedia materials provided for educational purposes, such as K-POP guides, textbooks, and practice videos.
- Event and Program Content: Refers to various programs, events, and materials related to online AI auditions, camps, and other events provided through the platform.
- Other Services: Include additional digital materials such as emoticons, stickers, and images available through the platform.
Article 4 (Payment Amounts and Procedures)
Users must use the payment methods designated by the company during the payment process, and access to the service will be granted upon completion of the payment. A confirmation email will be sent after payment, marking the payment as complete. Any fees or additional costs incurred will be the user's responsibility.
1. Payment Amounts
Users must pay the following fees for each service stage, as indicated on the payment page:
- 1st Online AI Preliminary Round: $20
- 2nd Online Audition: $30
- Final Camp: $3000
The payment amounts include VAT, and the final amount will be confirmed during payment. Users must choose the program they wish to participate in and provide payment information on the payment page.
2. Additional Costs
If additional costs arise during the service, they will be explicitly notified to the user before payment. Users must confirm and agree to these costs before proceeding. Refunds for services with additional costs follow Article 5 (Payment Cancellation and Refund).
3. Payment Confirmation and Processing
If users are unable to access the service after payment, they should contact customer support. The company will verify the payment issue and address it accordingly. In the case of duplicate payments or system errors, the company will promptly confirm the issue and, if necessary, issue a refund.
4. Payment Amount Changes and Notices
If changes to service content, costs, or conditions are necessary, the company will notify users in advance on the homepage or payment page. The original payment amount applies to services purchased before any changes; new payment amounts apply to services purchased after the change.
5. Personal Information Provision and Management
The company may request users' personal information necessary for payment execution. Users must provide accurate information, and the company will securely manage the information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
6. Contract Termination and Withdrawal
Users may request a contract withdrawal within a certain period after payment. The specific refund conditions follow Article 5 (Payment Cancellation and Refund). Withdrawals and terminations are handled through customer support, and the company will promptly notify users of the outcome.
Article 5 (Payment Cancellation and Refund)
Payment cancellations and refunds are processed according to the company's policies and applicable laws, as follows:
1. General Principles of Withdrawal and Refund
In accordance with the "Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce," users may request a withdrawal within 7 days of payment. However, withdrawal may be restricted if digital content has already been provided.
Due to the nature of the service, refunds may be restricted once content provision begins. This will be clearly communicated to users at the time of payment.
2. Refund Conditions for Each Service
- 1st Online AI Preliminary Round: A full refund is available within 7 days if viewing has not started. Once viewing begins, no refund is available. This condition is communicated at the time of payment.
- 2nd Online Audition: A full refund is available within 7 days if the review has not yet begun. Once the review starts, no refund is allowed. This condition is communicated on the payment page for the 2nd audition.
- Final Camp: A full refund is available if requested 30 days before the camp starts. Between 15-29 days before the camp, a partial refund will be provided after deducting actual incurred costs (e.g., reservation fees, preparation costs). Within 14 days before the camp starts, no refund is available. This will be clearly communicated on the payment page during the camp registration.
3. Additional Services (Extra Costs)
Refunds are not available for optional extra services once the service has begun. The conditions limiting refunds for additional services will be clearly communicated, and users must agree before proceeding.
4. Refund Procedures
Refund requests are handled through customer support, and the company will verify whether a refund is possible within 7 days of the request. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. If there are issues with the payment method, an alternative will be arranged in consultation with the user. The company is not responsible for refunds due to the user's negligence or fault.
5. Notice Regarding Refund Restrictions
If refunds are restricted, the details and reasons will be communicated in advance on the payment page and in these terms. Users must check the refund conditions before making a payment and agree to them.
Article 6 (Privacy Policy)
The company collects the minimum personal information necessary for service provision, payment, content delivery, and customer support. Collected personal information is managed according to the Privacy Policy.
Article 7 (Security of Payment Information)
The company ensures the security of payment information through appropriate technical and administrative measures.
Article 8 (Miscellaneous)
Matters not specified in these terms follow the company's policies, privacy policy, and relevant laws. In case of disputes between the user and the company, the court with jurisdiction over the company's location shall resolve the matter.
